Zachary Papadakis, DDS
As a Prosthodontist, Dr. Papadakis is among a select group of professionals who treats advanced cases involving crowns, bridges, and removable appliances. With years of advanced training beyond dental school and almost 1,000 hours of continuing dental education, Dr. Papadakis is one of the few dentists able to treat complex dental problems surgically, prosthetically, and cosmetically. No matter how complicated a patient’s case, Dr. Papadakis has the educational background and clinical experience to solve the problem successfully in a way that makes the patient feel comfortable and satisfied beyond his or her expectations.
Dr. Zachary Papadakis received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from NYU College of Dentistry qualifying him as a general dentist. After earning his dental degree, he went back to NYU to complete a graduate program in Prosthodontics and Occlusion, qualifying him as a prosthodontist, a specialist in advanced prosthodontic cases, such as crowns, bridges, implants, and full-mouth reconstructions. He has also trained as an implantologist, completing the NYU Dental Implant Program: Surgical Protocol and Prosthetic Rehabilitation. He was an instructor in the Department of Prosthodontics at New York University.
Dr. Papadakis is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Society, the First District Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantology, the American College of Prosthodontics, and the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology.
Dr. Papadakis is married with three children. He prides himself as a family man who loves the outdoors. Although English is his native language, he speaks Greek fluently. Between parenting and dentistry, Dr. Papadakis still finds time for community service. He enjoys skiing, snowboarding, and martial arts whenever he gets time off from his demanding schedule.
